Coaching is focusing on the present to help you achieve the future you want.
Unlike therapy or counselling, coaching doesn’t look at the past to change the present.
Unlike consulting or mentoring, coaching is not about sharing advice and experiences.
Instead, coaching focuses on future possibilities, helping you define and achieve your goals.
A coach helps you find the answers you don’t know you have.
A coach helps you gain awareness of where you currently are and helps you define options to take a new direction.
